About Us

At Norris Emery, we have devoted our practice to protecting consumer’s rights in warranty and lemon law claims.  We represent individuals involved in a variety of consumer claims including auto fraud, unfair or abusive debt collection, improper credit reporting practices, identity theft, and wrongful repossession. Our mission is to aggressively represent consumers who have been victimized in the marketplace and promote awareness of consumer rights among North Carolina consumers, and businesses alike, so that consumer-related misconduct no longer goes uncontested.

We believe that seeking justice in the courtroom demands a fearless, conscientious, and personalized approach. If you believe your consumer rights have been violated, contact us for a free consultation to see if we can help you.
